Tim graduated from William Jennings Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee in 1988, and earned his law degree from Baylor University School of Law in Waco in 1994. He holds Chartered Life Underwriting and Chartered Financial Consulting certificates from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
He is a certified CEU provider for the NASW/Texas and CNE provider for the Texas Nurses Association. He has taught Continuing Education Courses for the Texas Society of CPAs, professional classes as an adjunct professor for the American College in estate planning and income tax law, and various courses for Social Workers and Discharge Planners. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
Tim has represented many families in the Medicaid eligibility process with the Texas Department of Human Services. His practice is focused on elder law issues for seniors and their families.
